Our recreational experience covers many aspects of indoor and outdoor facilities including ice arenas, bowling alleys, fitness centers, youth centers, tennis clubs, billiard centers, swim clubs, and golf course facilities.
Val Smith Park, located on the east side of Sartell is one of the city’s oldest parks and as such featured some of the oldest park amenities. Following years of heavy use, the city decided to replace the park shelter with a more updated version. We constructed a burnished block structure with a complete commercial serving kitchen, enclosed restrooms and a covered seating area for up to 60 people. Read more
Pebble Creek Country Club is a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse facility that includes a banquet hall, restaurant, snack bar, clubhouse, locker rooms, and an equipment rental area. Read more
Bernick’s Arena in Sartell is a facility owned and operated by the Sartell Youth Hockey Association. The 34,000-square-foot facility is constructed of pre-cast concrete decking and wall panels and a Behlen S-Span roof system, clear spanning 132 feet. The facility features seating on two levels, multiple locker rooms, meeting rooms, a concession area, pro shop, offices, and Zamboni storage. Some of the work was performed by hockey volunteers. The Boys & Girls Club of St. Cloud is a 32,000-square-foot steel and masonry recreational facility. Included in the design is a Behlen Convex S-Span roof system over the 9,400-square-foot gymnasium. Read more
The design for White Bear Racquet & Swim included a 36,200-square-foot pre-engineered metal building built around a structural steel frame. The 127-foot wide clear span roof system incorporated a Simple Saver (R-40) insulation system. Winter heating bills are virtually non-existent. Read more
