Multi-Family Housing

In addition to our senior housing capabilities, we have been involved in the creation of numerous general occupancy multi-family housing facilities as well. These have ranged from basic apartments to upscale townhomes. We have also constructed several tax credit properties including apartments and townhomes.

Skyline Terrace in New Ulm is a 43 unit upscale, general occupancy, market rate apartment building with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. The building features a secured entrance, elevator, underground heated parking, community room with a fireplace, fitness center, arts and crafts room and an on-site caretaker with a management office. This HUD 202 Senior Housing project features 44 one-bedroom apartment units, a community room, two lounges, laundry rooms, elevator, an on-site manager office, and a patio. Built using panelized pre-built wood wall sections, the building also consists of vinyl siding and asphalt shingles. Read more

This 24-unit, three-story market rate apartment building features a unit mix of 4 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units and 5 three-bedroom units. Amenities include dishwashers, air conditioners, private patios, and a laundry room on each floor. The 28,000-square-foot, wood-framed building is constructed of steel siding, vinyl insulated low E windows, brick veneer at the entries, and asphalt shingle roofing. Pheasant Crest Townhomes in Sartell is a 42-unit, general occupancy, tax credit townhome project consisting of a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. This complex is comprised of two eight-unit, three six-unit and two four-unit buildings. Each townhome is two-story in design and include a front porch, rear patio and a single car garage.
