Swanville K-12 School
The Swanville School project incorporated demolition of a 1938 portion of the building, addition of 25,000 square feet of new educational, commons, and recreational spaces as well as a total cosmetic upgrading of the entire 75,000-square-foot school. New utilities were installed, the mechanical system was converted from steam to hot water heat, the entire building was re-roofed and a fire protection system was added to previously un-served areas of the building. Several other upgrades were undertaken including a major makeover of the auditorium and gymnasium, window replacement and exterior tuck-pointing.
