Duane joined Winkelman Building Co. LLC in May of 1969 as a draftsman and estimator. Mr. Schultz became Secretary/Treasurer of the Corporation in 1975, then became the President and Chief Executive Officer in April of 1983 when founder Don Winkelman retired. Read more
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Andy joined Winkelman Building Co. LLC in October of 1998 as the controller. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in December of 2003 and became a shareholder in 2005. He was named Executive Vice President of Winkelman Building Corporation in November of 2007. Read more
Jay joined Winkelman Building Co. LLC as an Estimator in 1997, and has since worked on projects across a number of industries in the public and private sectors. His experience in commercial construction began in 1994 as a general laborer. Jay’s full-time responsibility is strictly in estimating and bidding. Read more
Before joining Winkelman Building Co. LLC in 2004, Robbie spent more than six years managing school and university construction projects in North Dakota and Ohio for one of the nation’s leading school builders, Barton Malow. Read more
Mike Joined Winkelman Building Co. LLC in January of 2004 as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He previously served as Vice President and Midwest Development Officer for 3D/International and as a Partner and Vice President of E&V Consultants and Construction Managers in Minneapolis. Read more
Chris joined Winkelman Building Co. LLC in 2012 as a Project Manager. He brings with him 15 years of prior project manager and estimator experience having performed similar responsibilities with Eagle Construction and James & Associates Development Company. Chris also has experience in materials management and CAD operations. Read more
Prior to joining Winkelman Building Co. LLC in 2012, Matt spent the previous eight years in different roles within the construction industry ranging from a finish carpenter to a Project Manager/Estimator on highway construction projects throughout Minnesota. Read more
Teddy started his construction experience as a carpenter with a small commercial contractor while he was attending college at North Dakota State University. He later worked as a project manager for a firm that specialized in the lodging industry. Read more
Relocating to Central Minnesota from Southwest Iowa, Kevin brings with him more than 35 years of construction experience with design/build and construction management projects. Read more
Graduating from St. Cloud Technical and Community College with a degree in Architectural Construction Technology, Tim spent four years as an architectural drafting technician for a local architectural firm and has worked as a building material estimator for the past seven years. Read more
